Race

Horde - Best horde race would be Undead and Orcs. Why? Google it because i don't have time to argue this.

Alliance - It would be Humans and Nelves.

Professions

I would advise you to take and Skinning(Gives Extra Agility) and Inscription.

Talents

The thing you need to know about rogues talents is, every rogue has different talents. This is due to that rogues doesn't have a specific rotation and every rogue has a different play style. i.e some people burst at the start while some people save the burst for the end.

Glyphs

Prime Glyphs - [Glyph of Backstab] [Glyph of Shadow Dance] [Glyph of Hemorrhage]

Major Glyphs - [Glyph of Blind] [Glyph of Garrote] [Glyph of Preparation]

Minor Glyphs - [Glyph of Safe fall] [Glyph of Blurred Speed] [Glyph of Poisons]

Note: Some Glyphs are also like the talents, people prefer it according to their play style.

Enchants

Weapon: Landslide

Bracer: Draconic Embossment Agility (Leatherworking Profession)

Chest: Peerless Stats

Cloak: Greater Critical Strike

Feet: Major Agility

Gloves: Haste

Head: Arcanum of Vicious Agility

Legs: Dragonscale Leg Armour

Shoulders: Greater Inscription of Shattered Crystal

Waist: Ebonsteel Belt Buckle

Gems

Meta: Agile Shadowspirit Diamond

Red: Delicate Queens Garnet in all the sockets.

Stat Priority

Agility > Crit > Haste >  Mastery > Resilience

Agility is your Main stat. Higher the Agility, Higher your Damage.
